When does Yes - S ir apply its privacy policy?
If you wish to avail yourself of Yes - Sir's services, please contact us via email, phone, WhatsApp, or the booking form. The privacy policy applies to all information resulting from the aforementioned contact methods.
What information does Yes - Sir collect?
During the contact moment, you provide information yourself. We also use public sources and verify the information you provide. Providing inaccurate information is not allowed. In the case of incorrect or incomplete information, we reserve the right to cancel a booking or not come to an agreement with you.
Upon accepting your booking request and actually agreeing to a booking, we collect the following information: your name, contact details (email and phone number), age, and personal preferences. If possible, we also collect additional information to make the best possible match.
If your booking request cannot be accepted and does not result in an actual booking, we only retain your email address and other correspondence.
Purposes of Collecting and Processing Personal Data:
We collect and process personal data for the following reasons:

According to Dutch legislation, we are obligated to retain such information for a minimum of 7 years, but your data will be anonymized after 3 years. In cases of incidents involving unwanted behavior towards our company or one or more of our high-class gigolos, the retention period may be longer to protect our business.

Your personal data is not shared within our company unless strictly necessary for the execution of your booking request or if the safety of one or more of our high-class gigolos is at risk.
